Positive and negative controls for ssASOs and Gapmers that can be used for in vitro tox studies

Please feel free to use the ASOs on this list for the toxicity studies in your lab. If you have any ASOs that could serve as positive and negative control you can email w.vanroon@lumc.nl with the data to support the safety/toxicity of your ASO. Also please let us know how these ASOs performed in the assays in your lab. This way we can keep on optimizing this list. Finally, If you use particular ASOs, please acknowledge the labs/publications that are mentioned in this list, and that have provided the ASO sequences for us all to use.
