Donated Resource Center
Submit Application
Eligibility: Open to all N1C stakeholders working towards developing individualized medicine, including academic institutions, for-profit organizations, and international researchers.

Application Process: Applications open November 1, 2024. Applicants are invited to apply here.

Application Review
Review Panel: N1C shall have discretion in the selection of advisory panel members with relevant expertise pertinent to drug development and individualized medicine.

Response Time: Applicants will receive a response within 4 weeks of submission.

Evaluation Criteria:
Direct relevance to individualized medicine development
Urgency of the need for resources
Commitment to sharing data with the N1C community
Overall strength of the application
Additional Criteria
Donated resources will be distributed under the terms of an agreement executed directly between the donor and the recipient. This agreement could be a Materials Transfer Agreement (MTA), a Supply Agreement, or another type of agreement as determined by the donor. The specific terms, including conditions of usage, will vary depending on the donor's requirements. Negotiations and execution of this agreement will occur solely between the donor and the recipient requesting access through the N1 Collaborative. The N1C will not be a party to this agreement and will not assume any liability for the materials' use or any resulting outcomes.
Data Sharing Agreement (DSA): Concurrently, unless previously executed, a DSA between the recipient and N1C shall be initiated to facilitate data sharing.
Shipment
Shipping Arrangements: Shipping arrangements will be coordinated between the donor and recipient.
Please note that N1C will not cover shipping costs.

Resource Sourcing
Donor Contributions: Industry supporters generously donate resources voluntarily, which may be in limited quantities.
Cost Structure: Some resources are provided free of charge, while others may be available at significant discounts.
Release of Liability
Any material shared, because the use of the compounds and combinations thereof is experimental in nature, is provided to the recipient as-is without any warranties or representations. N1C makes no representation that the use of the material(s) will not infringe any patent, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of any third party. In no event shall N1C be liable for any use of the compounds by the recipient, including loss of profits or other direct or indirect damages. ​​
Data Sharing
Data Sharing Commitment: Priority is given to applicants who execute a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) with N1C, demonstrating their dedication to community-wide data sharing.
Publication Acknowledgment
Credit: All publications resulting from the use of donated resources should include the following acknowledgement: “[Resource] was obtained from [Company], a donor within The N=1 Donated Resource Center.” ​
